1. Scope of Services
K-Prime Services Inc. provides cleaning services, small home repairs, general maintenance tasks (e.g., handymanservices, minor fixes, basic installations), and housekeeping. The scope of each job is determined in advance andagreed upon either verbally or in writing.
2. Clients
Our services are offered to both residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) customers.
3. Service Agreement
Agreements may be made either in writing or verbally. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due within 10 business days after the completion of the service. Accepted payment methods: cash orcheck. Late payments may result in a late fee or suspension of further services.
5. Liability Disclaimer
K-Prime Services Inc. and its owner, employees, or subcontractors assume no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that may result from the performance of services. This includes, but is not limited to: damage to property, missed deadlines, loss of use, or personal injury. Clients agree to hold K-Prime Services Inc. harmless from any claims or damages arising from the services rendered.
6. No Cost Assumption
K-Prime Services Inc. does not cover the cost of materials, tools, parts, or third-party services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand. All such costs are the responsibility of the client.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in thejurisdiction of Lee County, Florida.
9. Modifications
K-Prime Services Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always apply.
